Breathwork: We all breathe, all of the time. Did you know that breathing is the only automatic function in our body that we CAN consciously control? By simply becoming aware of your breathing and learning to consciously control and modify it we can significantly decrease stress levels in our lives!

Aromatherapy is the use of aromatic plant essences, known as essential oils, to bring about positive changes in health and well-being.  Essential oils can be used aromatically and topically to give you instant relaxation. Thus, using the power of nature to allow the body to heal itself and  function at it’s highest level.

Aromatherapy is one of the oldest methods of healing.  It has been used for centuries. Modern science is only now beginning to to delve into research in this area.

Essential oils are anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal and the list goes on. They assist the body in fighting off unfriendly microorganisms, purifying organs, glands and body systems, and balancing the body’s functions. They work on a cellular and physical level, but also on the emotional and spiritual level, decreasing stress, elevating mood and calming anxiety to name a few.
